Do I still manage payroll?
No. We manage compensation and statutory deductions on your behalf. You approve hours and pay, and we handle the rest.
Can HTG handle taxes?
Payroll administration in Canada and the USA includes all statutory remittances, T4s, W-2s and year-end reporting.
Why not just hire as a contractor?
A misclassification risk exists when a person works like an employee. EOR removes that risk with a compliant structure.
